All of our nurses are from the Philippines.
They are all qualified licensed nurses with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. They are all selected based on their experience in maternity wards, paediatric or gynacology clinics and/or experience working with young children in nurseries. They are all trained by top Norland Nannies from the United Kingdom as well as undergoing continuous training through online certifications in the fields of Child psychology; child nutrition; sleep routines; breastfeeding and maternity nurse care.
Absolutely. We encourage you to book the nurse in advance to allow time for us to arrange an introduction for you with the allocated nurse. This ensures you have enough time to ask all your questions and that you are comfortable before the nurse starts in your home.
Our nurses are advised to always inform us as soon as they start feeling mildly ill so that we are able to allocate another nurse as a replacement. A handover is done between the nurses to ensure all your requests and preferences are adhered to.
