How can I book?

How far in advance should I book?

As early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Do you accept reservations?

Yes. We always prioritize clients who have booked in advance and paid the down payment.

Do you have a waiting list?

Sometimes we may have a waiting list. If you are flexible with your start date we would be happy to put your name on the waiting list and let you know as early as possible if there are any availabilities.

How can I pay my services?

Cash or cheque, bank transfer, and major credit/debit (Visa and Mastercard) cards are all acceptable methods of payment in AED.

Can I extend my contract?

Yes, provided you have notified us well in advance of the end of the contract.

How can I cancel my booking?

Please refer to our cancellation and refund policy.

What are the credentials of your childcare professionals?

Our childcare professionals all have a bachelors of science in nursing, first aid and BLS certification. While all our childcare professionals have an educational or professional background in nursing, they may not be licensed healthcare professionals. Please ensure to communicate all your requirements at the initial stages of your booking and ensure you interview the candidate that will be allocated to your family to ensure they are the right fit.

Please note that our staff do not administer any type of medication and you should take medical advice from a qualified healthcare professional in relation to any medical or healthcare issues relating to you or your children.

We aspire to provide the Services to a high standard of quality and prior to selection of our childcare professionals we perform appropriate checks. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not provide any warranties or representations in relation to our Childcare Professionals or the Services that we provide. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they are satisfied as to the suitability of any Childcare Professional that is assigned to you.

For any concerns in relation to the Childcare professional assigned to families the client may contact our operations manager directly and promptly. Continuing use of the Services will demonstrate the client’s acceptance of the Childcare professional that is assigned.

What's the process of booking a childcare professional?

There are a number of ways to contact us for a booking:

Please let us know your baby’s age, the length of service you are interested in and any other relevant requirements.

How early in advance before delivery do I need to book my childcare professional?

To ensure we meet your desired requirements by allocating the right candidate for you and your baby, please ensure to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Can I interview the childcare professional before I confirm the booking?

Absolutely. We encourage you to book the childcare professional in advance to allow time for us to arrange an introduction for you with the allocated candidate. This ensures you have enough time to ask all your questions and that you are comfortable before the childcare professional starts in your home.

What happens if my childcare professional falls sick during my booking?

Our childcare professionals are trained to always inform us as soon as they start feeling mildly ill so that we are able to allocate another childcare professional as a replacement. We will always try our best to allocate a smooth transition from one childcare professional to another. A handover is done between the staff to ensure all your requests and preferences are adhered to. However this may not always be possible due to availabilities or under certain circumstances.
